At ROUTE220, social responsibility is not an add-on. It is part of who we are: a B-Corp committed to generating value for people, communities, and the environment.
That commitment comes to life not only through the way we work, but also through the initiatives we choose to support. In the coming weeks, ROUTE220 will stand alongside two events that reflect our values and our vision of a more inclusive and connected future: Gospel for People and the Wizz Air Milano Marathon charity run.
Why social activity matters
The 2024 Sustainability Report shows that ROUTE220 continues to invest in a business model built on measurable impact, shared value, and long-term responsibility. In 2024, the company strengthened its social performance through training, wellbeing initiatives, diversity and inclusion practices, and active engagement with stakeholders and local communities.
This approach is fully consistent with our identity as a company that believes progress must be human, collaborative, and sustainable.
A shared purpose with communities
Supporting social and cultural initiatives means creating meaningful connections beyond mobility and technology. It means being present where people meet, participate, and build something together.
That is the spirit behind our participation in Gospel for People and in the Milano Marathon charity initiative. In both cases, the focus is not only on the event itself, but on the positive ripple effect it creates in the community.

Gospel for People
Gospel for People is a cultural and social initiative that brings people together through music, energy, and shared experience. For ROUTE220, supporting this event means recognizing the role that culture can play in strengthening community ties and creating moments of inclusion and collective inspiration.
It is a natural extension of our belief that social impact can take many forms, including the ability to generate connection, participation, and a sense of belonging.
Milano Marathon
This year, ROUTE220 and FLEET220 will take part in the Wizz Air Milano Marathon as runners, supporting a charity organization through the race. Our team will run for Fondazione Piazza dei Mestieri Marco Andreoni, an organization that creates opportunities for young people through education, training, and inclusion.
The Milano Marathon Charity Program is built around the idea that every kilometer can become a concrete gesture of solidarity. Since 2012, the initiative has combined sport and social impact, raising over €8.8 million and involving a wide network of non-profit organizations and supporters.
For us, joining the race as runners is a meaningful way to put our values into action. It is about effort, teamwork, and purpose — all qualities that also define the way we approach innovation and sustainable mobility.
More than a race
Running for a charity is a powerful reminder that impact is built step by step, together. The Milano Marathon turns a sporting event into a collective action for good, and we are proud that our colleagues will be part of it in support of a cause that matters.
This is exactly the kind of initiative that reflects ROUTE220’s way of thinking: ambitious, responsible, and people-first. Whether through mobility solutions or social participation, we believe real progress is the kind that brings people forward together
